Tabasco & Habanero Hot Sauce - 5 Fl. Oz.
Buffalo’s Main Street features Canalside, the city’s business & theater districts, Canisius College and the University at Buffalo South Campus. In 1964, a watering hole on Main is credited with creating the now world famous “Buffalo Wing” using two simple ingredients, hot sauce & butter. Main St. Hot Sauce is made with a combination of Tabasco & Habanero Peppers. For great wings, add butter and serve with celery and blue cheese, never ranch.
Main St. Air Fryer Wing Recipe.
Sauce:
One 5 oz. bottle Main St. Hot Sauce
Half stick of melted salted butter
Mix and let cool to room temperature
Wings
Place disjointed wings on the center rack of your air fryer
Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes turning half way through
Remove wings from fryer and place into a covered mixing bowl or container
Add a generous amount of wing sauce and shake well
Serve with celery and blue cheese
Enjoy!
Return any remaining wing sauce to the empty bottle and refrigerate for your next batch.
